1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and keep a record for Back Order.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in within the “greater area” of the location of our Warehouse i.e. Greater Toronto Area or Greater Vancouver Area.

Any shipments outside of Canada are not available currently.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.

All orders require a minimum of 1 business day to be processed prior to delivery i.e. Orders received Monday could be delivered by Wednesday (barring any delays).

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs

Delivered within the “Greater Toronto Area” and “Greater Vancouver Area” are included at no charge.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, please finalize your order and contact your preferred carrier of choice or instruct our office to arrange for a delivery.

All shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer (unless otherwise negotiated).

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the product(s) on delivery, contact us immediately via your Customer Sales Representative and our Office where you placed the order.
